What You'll Need:

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened almond milk (or low-calorie milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1-2 drops of vanilla extract (optional)
How to Make It:
