Points are added to your Crazy Cups Rewards account shortly after your purchase is processed. In most cases, they’ll appear within 24–48 hours of your order being completed. For actions like referrals or social engagement, points may take a little longer to appear depending on verification.

You can redeem your points during checkout just like a regular order! When managing your subscription, log into your account, go to your Rewards section, and apply your available points toward your next shipment. Please note that once a subscription order is processed, points cannot be applied retroactively.

You can use your Crazy Cups Rewards points for discounts on future purchases, free products, and exclusive offers that change throughout the year. Redemption options and point values may vary, so check your Rewards Dashboard for the latest offers and limited-time bonuses.

At this time, only one reward or discount can be applied per order — this includes subscription orders. This helps ensure fair and consistent use of rewards across all members. You can, however, save your points and apply them to future orders anytime!
