Orders and Ordering

1. Help! I need coffee ASAP, but I’m having trouble completing my order.

2. What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

3. How to change or report an issue with an order?

Due to our quick turnaround times, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. We recommend calling us immediately if you notice any issues with your order. We’ll do our best to ensure you get what you need.

1. What is your return policy and satisfaction guarantee?

At Crazy Cups, we're all about two things: crazy-good coffee and making sure you’re over-the-moon happy with every sip! If your order doesn’t hit the spot, let us know within 30 days of the delivery date. Our Coffee Concierge team will perk things up with an exchange or return—whatever brews your happiness!

Account Management And Login 

1. How do I login?

On the top right of our website, click the Account button next to the shopping cart to either log in or create a new account.

If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry. Simply reset your password to gain access.  If you're still having issues please reach out to us at customerservice@crazycups.com or 1-855-662-7299, and we’ll be happy to help!

2. Do I have to create an account to buy?

You can either check out as as guest, or create an account. There are many benefits if you have an account.

By creating an account, you can check out faster, view your order history, create a subscription, earn and redeem rewards points for free beverages, track new orders, save items to your Wish List, and track new orders.

3. How do I create an account?

Shipping And Delivery

1. How do I get free shipping?

All orders must be $35 or more to qualify for free shipping.  Free shipping is only available for the Contiguous 48 US states.

2. How long does it take for my order to ship out?

We strive to ship out orders within 1 business day of being placed. This can change depending on operational needs and daily volume.

Once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving this order confirmation email.

As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have these details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.

The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but will include a tracking link that will update gradually as it makes its way to you. 

3. How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the order number in your account. The tracking number will take you to the tracking details for you to review. If you do not have an account, the tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.

4. How long does it take to get my order?

It takes regular one-time orders up to 5 business days to receive your order, but it usually takes 3-5. Please note that subscription orders get prioritized shipping over regular orders.

You can track your order by clicking on the order number in your account. The tracking number will take you to the tracking details for you to review. If you do not have an account, the tracking number will be provided via email once shipped. 

 

Subscriptions 

1. What are the perks of becoming a subscriber?

As a Crazy Cups subscriber, you’ll enjoy 20% off every order, flexible delivery schedules, early access to flash sales, exclusive subscriber-only promotions, and fun surprises like samples in your box. It’s the best way to keep your coffee stocked while enjoying special perks and savings!

2. What if I have too much coffee? How do I change my subscriptions?

You have the option to skip your next shipment, up to 6 months out using our customer portal. You can also edit the products you are ordering to swap them out for something different, or you can cancel the items you have too many of. It’s very easy to add and remove products from your monthly subscription when you login to your account and click manage subscriptions.

3. Are Subscriptions flexible?

Yes! You can change your products, add new products, update the order date, skip a delivery (or 2 or 3), change the delivery month, at your convenience, or cancel at any time.

4. If I have a monthly Subscription and I place a one-time order today, will my subscription still run?

Yes, it will still run. It will no longer be overridden by any other order you place during that same month. If you do NOT want your subscription to run for the current month, you need to go in and skip it, or reschedule it for a different month.

5. What are the details of free shipping for Subscribers?

We offer free standard ground shipping for orders greater than $35 to Subscriber orders that are delivered to the contiguous U.S. Free shipping does not include expedited shipping methods. Your Subscription order must be a minimum $35.

6. Can I use promo codes on my subscription order?

Coupon codes cannot be combined with subscription orders, as you’re already enjoying a 20% discount! However, you can still use promo codes for single purchases and new subscription items without impacting your existing subscriptions.

1. Can I combine promo codes in general?

No, you can only use one promo code at a time for your purchase. You can combine your store credit with a promo code. 

2. How do I get the best Crazy Cups deals?

About Our Product

1. Where do you get your coffee beans for Crazy Cups coffees?

We source only the best, specialty grade, high-grown Arabica coffees from prime locations around the world, including South America, Central America, Africa, and Asia.

2. How many ounces do I brew my pod with?

Crazy Cups pods can brew with 6 ounces if you want a strong cup, or 8 ounces if you want a less strong cup. Iced coffee should be brewed over ice at 4 ounces.

3. What about Ground Coffee? 

We recommend using 2.5 tablespoons of grind coffee to every 6 ounces of water to really achieve that flavorful, bold and smooth cup you are looking for. We promise you that this ratio will give you the best representation of our blends when brewing! Of course, you should always adjust accordingly to your preference.

4. How long is my coffee good for? When does it expire? 

Our coffee pods are fresh for 3-6 months past the suggested sell-by date on the box due to the barrier properties of the packaging. Crazy Cups bagged coffee has a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened in a low humidity, room temperature environment.  Once the bag is open it is recommended to store in an air-tight container and it is best to consume within 2 weeks for the best flavor.

Nutrition and Ingredients

1. How much caffeine is there in your non-decaf coffees?

Our Crazy Cups brand non-decaf coffees contain 110mg of caffeine.

2. What method is used to make your decaf coffees?

The beans are first steamed or soaked in water. A decaffeinating agent is then mixed directly with the beans to remove their caffeine. Finally, the beans are steamed and dried to remove the decaffeinating agent, leaving you with a deliciously flavorful brew that won't keep you up at night.

3. Are decaffeinated coffees completely caffeine free?

As with any decaffeinated product, there are still trace amounts of caffeine that remain after the decaffeination process. Our Crazy Cups decaf coffees contain less than 5mg of caffeine.

4. Are there calories in Crazy Cups?

There are no calories in Crazy Cups coffees.

5. What are the ingredients in the Crazy Cups products?

All Crazy Cups flavored coffee are made with 100% Arabica coffee and a blend of natural and artificial flavors.

6. Are there additives, allergens, sweeteners, etc. in Crazy Cups?

Crazy Cups coffees and decaf flavored coffees do not contain any sweeteners, sugars, or sweetening agents. Our nut flavored coffees are not made with real nuts. Our products are produced in facilities that have no contact with nuts or allergens. However, many of our hot chocolates do contain additional ingredients for flavors, such as sucralose. Our Total Indulgence cappuccino mixes contain pure cane sugar, dairy, and non-dairy creamer. Please check the Quick Facts on the product page for the product you want more information about.

7. Is there dairy in Crazy Cups?

Crazy Cups coffee products do not contain dairy. Our Crazy Cups chai and matcha teas, hot chocolates, and vanilla shakes contain non-dairy creamer. Our Total Indulgence cappuccino mixes contain both dairy and non-dairy creamer.

8. Are the nut flavors made with real nuts?

Our nut flavored coffees are not made with real nuts.

9. Are your products Kosher?

All Crazy Cups products are Kosher. You can review the Kosher certification for each product individually on the Quick Facts of the product page
