Ingredients:

  • 1 Crazy Cups Caramel Coconut Cream Coffee Pod or 2 tbsp Crazy Cups  Caramel Coconut Cream Ground Coffee (both are available in decaf too!)
  • 6 oz water (for brewing coffee)
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 0.5 oz cream (we prefer canned coconut cream!)
  • 1 tsp caramel sauce (optional for added sweetness)
  • Simple syrup (for rim coating)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (for rim)
  • Edible gold sprinkles or glitter (optional for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Coffee:
    • Brew 6 oz of strong coffee using your Crazy Cups Caramel Coconut  Cream Coffee Pod or ground coffee. Set aside 1.5 oz of espresso-strength coffee to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Rim:
    • Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass in simple syrup, then coat with shredded coconut flakes for a snowy, tropical finish.
  3. Mix the Cocktail:
    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cooled coffee, vodka, coffee liqueur, coconut cream, and caramel sauce (if using). Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.
  4. Pour and Garnish:
    • Strain the martini into the prepared glass. Sprinkle edible gold glitter or sprinkles on top for a festive, sparkling touch.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Sip and savor the creamy blend of caramel, coconut, and coffee magic!

Tips & Variations:

  • Dairy-Free Twist: Use a splash of oat milk or almond milk instead of coconut cream for a lighter option.
  • Extra Indulgence: Drizzle caramel sauce inside the martini glass before pouring for a decadent caramel swirl.
  • Mocktail Option: Skip the vodka and coffee liqueur; add a splash of vanilla syrup and serve over ice for a festive non-alcoholic treat.
  • Texture Boost: Top with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes for added flavor and crunch.
