"Unfortunately, many people don’t realize how the simplest things are able to elevate our glucose. Sugar is not the only item. Caffeine, natural and artificial flavors may have an impact. Being a Type 1 Diabetic of 46+ years, I have been through the ringer because of medical treatments or lack there of. . However, I am able to drink Crazy Cups Death by Chocolate with Fat Free Fairlife Milk (this has half the carbs as regular Fat Free Milk). With the use of my insulin pump and glucometer, I was able to determine the carb count I need to effectively manage my glucose, get extra protein from Fairlife and have my Decaf coffee too. Thank you Crazy Cups for the ability to have decaf iced coffee, which is my absolute favorite! I just wish they made No Sugar Dark Hot Chocolate…oh would I be a happy camper."
