Are Subscriptions flexible?
Yes! You can change your products, add new products, update the order date, skip a delivery (or 2 or 3), change the delivery month, at your convenience, or cancel at any time.
Will I receive the lowest prices for products with a subscription?
Subscription customers receive our guaranteed lowest online prices on items eligible for subscriptions. If an item is on sale at the time of your scheduled delivery, those savings, if applicable or available, will automatically be applied toward your order. Subscription orders are also given top priority, and they are fulfilled and shipped out prior to regular non-subscription orders.
Due to the nature of how subscriptions work, limited-time or seasonal promotional offers may not apply to subscriptions orders. There may be some occasional exceptions to this policy. Always check the Terms of the offer on the website or contact Customer Service if you have questions (include email).
What is the Frequent Flavor Subscriber Club?
We realize that some of our best customers want to have the possible deal and not run out of their favorite flavors, which is why we have created the Frequent Flavor Club for our subscribers. What if I have too much coffee? How do I change my subscriptions?
You have the option to skip your next shipment, up to 6 months out using our customer portal. You can also edit the products you are ordering to swap them out for something different, or you can cancel the items you have too many of. It’s very easy to add and remove products from your monthly subscription here in the My Subscriptions section of your account. (Must be logged in.)
