"Worst customer service ever. Because I bought my coffee pods at Amazon, they didn't care that they put in cups that are unusable in two orders, because the Eko pods didn't fit and they went the last time it broke my coffee maker and I had to have a replaced by Keurig. When I contacted them, they said because I didn't buy it there and even though they asked me for the order number and for the distance for that come after all that they said here's the phone number for Amazon call them. They're the ones that are responsible for their products that are packed, not Amazon. I will never buy their coffee again. It's not that great either they make it sound great with a fancy names but it's just plain old not that great. M a u d e s or two rivers have equal or better coffee for a lot cheaper price."
