 Ingredients

  • 1 Crazy Cups Island Rum Coconut coffee pod, brewed over ice and cooled (6 oz)

  • 1 oz white rum (use plain to avoid doubling coconut notes)

  • ½ oz vanilla vodka

  • 1 oz coconut cream (not coconut syrup)

  • Ice cubes

  • Honey (for glass rim)

  • Toasted coconut flakes (garnish—this is texture, not flavor!)

 Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee: Use a single Crazy Cups Island Rum Coconut pod and brew directly over ice (6 oz minimum). 

  2. Shake it up: In a cocktail shaker, combine brewed coffee, white rum, vanilla vodka, coconut cream, and a few ice cubes. Shake it like you’re doing a beach dance.

  3. Rim your glass: Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into honey, then roll in toasted coconut flakes.

  4. Strain & pour: Strain your cocktail into the prepped glass.
