Santa’s Summer Nog

Santa’s on PTO and this is in his cup.  Our Iced Caramel Eggnog Latte is made with Crazy Cups Caramel-flavored coffee, chilled eggnog, and a dash of cinnamon to keep things cozy even in 90° weather.

Picture this: Santa poolside, shades on, sipping a chilled caramel eggnog brew. Ice. Spice. Zero chance of snow.

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Difficulty: Easy sleighin’ | Calories: 130–180 

 Ingredients

  • 1 Crazy Cups Caramel Coffee Pod (regular or decaf)

  • ½ cup eggnog (traditional or dairy-free)

  • ¼ cup milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond)

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • Ice

Optional Garnishes:

  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel drizzle
  • Nutmeg or cinnamon sprinkle
  • Crushed shortbread or gingerbread cookie rim (for full Santa effect)

 Instructions

  1. Brew the Bold:
    Brew one Crazy Cups Caramel Coffee Pod using the 6 oz setting. Let cool slightly.

  2. Shake It Up:
     In a shaker or jar, combine the eggnog, milk, and cinnamon. Shake until frothy.

  3. Assemble the Chill:
     Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the cooled caramel coffee over the ice, then top with the eggnog mixture.

  4. Garnish (Optional but Extra Santa):
    Add whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
    Bonus: Rim the glass with crushed cookies for flair.

  5. Sip & Sleigh:
    Grab your floatie. Take a sip. Pretend it’s snowing somewhere else.

Tips & Variations

Can't find eggnog? No worries, use almond, oat, or whole milk with a few warm spices and a touch of sweetener:

Combine:

  • ¾ cup milk of choice

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • Splash of vanilla

You can also make it a frappe: Blend everything with ice for a creamy frozen latte
