Butter Pecan Affogato

A fancy Italian dessert... the Crazy Cups way. This affogato starts with your favorite butter pecan ice cream and gets drenched in a steamy, aromatic pour of our Butter Pecan Coffee (which packs 30% more buzz). The result? A hot-and-cold, melt-in-your-mouth moment of total chaos.

 Ingredients

  • 1 Crazy Cups Butter Pecan Coffee Pod (Regular or Decaf)

  • 1 generous scoop of butter pecan ice cream

  • Optional Garnishes (go nuts!):

    • Crushed candied pecans
    • Chocolate shavings
    • Caramel or maple drizzle
    • Whipped cream
    • A dash of sea salt flakes (trust us)

     

Instructions

  1. Scoop it:
    Add a large scoop of butter pecan ice cream to a small dessert bowl or coffee cup.

  2. Brew it:
    Brew your Crazy Cups Butter Pecan Coffee Pod using the smallest cup setting (4–6 oz) to keep the pour bold and concentrated.

  3. Pour it:
    Immediately pour the hot coffee over the ice cream. Let it swirl and melt just slightly.

  4. Top it (Optional):
    Add crushed pecans, a caramel drizzle, or shaved chocolate for drama and texture.

  5. Spoon + Sip:
    Grab both. It’s half drink, half dessert, totally insane.

    Tips & Variations

  • Make it dairy-free: Use non-dairy butter pecan ice cream (oat or cashew-based work great)
