Low Cal Iced Blueberry Coffee Latte with Fresh Mint

Looking for something light and wildly refreshing? This Iced Blueberry Mint Latte checks all the boxes. It’s creamy (without the calories), minty-fresh, and naturally sweet thanks to our bold Blueberry Cobbler coffee pods. Sip it poolside, picnic-style, or literally whenever—it’s a summer flex in a cup.

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Difficulty: Easy Calories: 40-100 depending on milk
 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Crazy Cups Blueberry Cobbler or Shortcake Coffee Pod (regular or decaf)

  • ½ cup lite coconut milk (or any milk/milk alternative)

  • Fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

  • A small handful of fresh blueberries (for garnish)

  • Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brew 8 oz of your Crazy Cups Blueberry Cobbler or Shortcake pod directly over ice in a heat-resistant glass.

  2. Pour in half of your lite coconut milk (or your fave milk).

  3. Whisk or froth the remaining milk until foamy and pour gently over the top for a layered latte look.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few blueberries.

  5.  Sip, smile, repeat. 

TIPS & VARIATIONS

  • No frother? Shake your milk in a mason jar for a quick DIY foam.

  • Want it sweeter? A drizzle of honey or agave goes a long way.

  • Make it extra minty: muddle mint leaves in the bottom of the glass before adding coffee!
