Toasty Texas Pecan Cold Foam Coffee šŸ¤ ā˜•

Thereā€™s a new flavor in town! Saddle up for this sweet, nutty, and oh-so-smooth coffee creation starring our Toasty Texas Pecan coffee. A cowboy hat is optionalā€”but highly encouraged.Ā 

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 Toasty Texas Pecan Coffee Pod (available in regular or decaf)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans (crushed, plus a few whole for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream (or dairy free alternative)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar syrup (see below)
  • Ā¼ tsp cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)

Method:

1ļøāƒ£ Make the Brown Sugar Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool, and set aside.

2ļøāƒ£ Rim That Glass!
Crush the candied pecans. Dip the rim of your glass in the brown sugar syrup, then into the crushed pecans for a sweet, crunchy rim.

3ļøāƒ£ Whip Up the Brown Sugar Cold Foam
In a small glass, combine 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream and 1 tsp brown sugar syrup. Froth with an electric frother until thick and foamy. Set aside.

4ļøāƒ£ Brew & Build
Brew a fresh cup of Toasty Texas Pecan coffee directly into your rimmed glass. Spoon the brown sugar cold foam on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon.

5ļøāƒ£ Garnish & Enjoy!
