"The products are fine, but the order was messed up twice. I had to call 4 times to get help with the first mistake (more than 1/2 the order was missing) and the agent "carefully" took down what was missing from my order to resend and still sent the wrong stuff. I just gave up. Product is good, but packaging and customer service is very poor."

"Last year this was my absolute favorite holiday flavor. This year, it's the worst. There is almost no flavor other than a strong, bitter dark roast flavor. Nothing resembling caramel, vanilla, macadamia, bourbon, and/or coconut. I actually think it must have been mislabeled or something. Very disappointing."
