"I hate coffee but came across this at a hotel we were staying at, their packaging is purple and you cant buy it unless you are in the hospitality business. I was skeptical buying this afraid it wasn't the same thing but it is. Funny story how I tried it, I seen the word “tea” and that’s what i thought it was lol, i put sugar in it and as it was brewing i was thinking i must not have gotten the coffee maker cleaned out very well, i took the first drink and i was taken back to the point i made my husband confirm I was not drinking tea. I dont exactly know how to describe it, maybe vanilla hint to it, but with the right amount sugar, i can drink this hot and cold!!"
"When I called before placing my order I was told I would receive my order in 7-10 days. So I figured you shipped the day order was placed or next day and it would arrive as told in 7-10 days. I had my order shipped to a location based on this information. I placed my order on March 18. I received an email on March 31 stating my order shipped!! That is 13 days after I ordered! How on earth does it take 13 days to ship an order??!! April 1 I sent a message stating that I would no longer be at that location and would have no way to get my order. I also left a voice mail. ABSOLUTELY no response from anyone!! So I can’t tell you how my order was because I never received it. I am going to reach out to the credit card company and stop payment if I don’t hear from you in the next few days. This is unacceptable! I had my order shipped to where I would be at the time I was told I would receive my order. No customer service!"
