"I don't receive what was ordered. I received a giant plastic bag in a box that didn't have the all the flavors I ordered. It was supposed to be 40 different flavors. But it was 5 of one, 4 of another, and three of yes another. And not even the flavored I liked that were the duplicates. I emailed the company, but never heard back from them. "The shipping department just took the box of coffee pods, slapped on a shipping label, and sent it out. Naturally, since the box was not properly packaged, it was ripped open when I received it. UPS didn’t handle it improperly, the shipping department of Crazy Cups didn’t make any attempt to prevent damage."
