"i have had dairy free hot chocolate before but never this brand. this was absolutely disgusting. it had no flavor what so ever. if i could give zero stars i would. i will never buy this again. it had no chocolate flavor at all. it was not expired as the date was 2027. now i am stuck with two boxes of this awful hot cocoa and i cant even give it away"
"It took them for ever to ship my order. I ordered around December 5th for a Christmas gift and when they finally sent it, with the slowest shipping option available, it wasn’t going to arrive until after Christmas. I had to pay for expedited shipping with ups to get it before Christmas. I pity the people who placed their orders during their december campaigns because there was no way they were getting their orders by Christmas. Worst still, the hot chocolate I ordered was meh at best!"
