"I ordered the vegan instant hot chocolate packets (60 count) on 7 January 2026 because you said it would be here by 12 January 2026. It arrived instead on the 22 January 2026. Which was too late for the event planned by several days. Several of the girls (7 to 11 years old) have food allergies and needed this type of drink. Instead, we had to heat up apple juice as a substitute. Reading the description on your ad it sounded like it was going to taste creamy. It doesn't. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and wouldn't purchase it again."
