Iced Bunny Chocolate Marshmallows Latte

Apr 01, 2025Kelly Yoder

Whether you’re team brunch or just here for the vibes, this Iced Chocolate Marshmallow Latte is the moment. It’s got strong Crazy Cups flavor (did we mention our pods have 30% more coffee than leading brands), a whipped topping fit for royalty, and yes—a Peep. Because we can.

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Difficulty: Easy peasy, bunny breezy | Calories: 120-250

Ingredients:

  • 1 Crazy Cups Chocolate Marshmallow coffee pod (regular or decaf)

  • Ice (enough to fill a tall glass)

  • ½ cup milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, or coconut—all work!)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for a hint of sweetness)

  • Optional sweetener to taste (maple syrup, honey, or stevia)

  • Whipped cream (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 colorful marshmallow Peep (any shape—go wild)

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Coffee:
Brew 6 oz of Chocolate Marshmallow Crazy Cups coffee directly over a tall glass filled halfway with ice.

  2. Cool & Swirl:
Let the coffee cool for about 1–2 minutes, then swirl it around to chill it evenly.

  3. Add Milk & Flavor:
Stir in ½ cup of milk and the vanilla extract. Sweeten to taste if desired.

  4. Top with Whip:
Add a generous swirl of whipped cream on top of your iced latte.

  5. Garnish Like a Pro:
You can even add sprinkles for a fun touch over the whipped cream, and crown it with a Peep.

  6. Snap & Sip:
Take your photo (you know you want to), then sip and enjoy your springtime masterpiece.

 Tips & Variations:

  • Dairy-Free? Use oat or almond milk + non-dairy whipped topping.

  • No Peep? Top with pastel sprinkles or a white chocolate drizzle (as long as it’s garnish-only, we’re good).

  • Switch Up the Flavor: Try this with our Vanilla Cherry Blossom or Black Forest Chocolate Cherry Coffee for a whole new spring vibe.

  • Hosting a Brunch? Set up a DIY latte bar and let everyone garnish their own glass!
